I. Actual language negotiated by Local 1770, Fort Bragg:
SECTION 5. ANNUAL LEAVE PLAN: The Employer will post the “holiday list” for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day on the first day of the last pay period in January. All firefighters will submit their yearly annual leave plan, covering the period February through 31 January of each year, to the Assistant Chief, by 20 January of each year. The supervisor will return the annual leave plan to the firefighter no later than 20 February.
